Cancellations have to be taken offline between Riders & Poolers. If the ride is cancelled by the Rider within 60 minutes of the ride start time, 40% will be refunded to his wallet. If cancellation is done before 60 minutes of ride start time, 70% of his share amount will be refunded to his wallet.
Rider’s share amount, after deductions, will be refunded to his wallet. In case of change in the cost of the ride, the partial amount will also be refunded to the rider’s wallet.
